Leave the motorway at exit  A14,turn right(ViaG:Bruno)cross the first traffic lights and at the second(Viale 1V Novembre)turn left and again left(Viale Leopardi)proceed straight along by the river Misa until you reach the last traffic lights,just before the hospital,proceed straight (via Cellini)for about 300 metres and turn into Via U:Giordano after about 100 metres is the Residence Mare Verde.
